About Concretely

18 Years of BuildingWhat Endures

Family-owned and operated since 2006. We started with a single crew and a single belief — that civil infrastructure deserves the same craft and pride as any custom build.

Who We Are

A contractor built on precision, not promises

Concretely was founded in Sydney, NSW in 2006 by David Reyes, a structural engineer who grew frustrated watching public infrastructure projects fail — not from lack of budget, but lack of accountability. He believed that a contractor who owns every phase of delivery would produce better outcomes. Eighteen years later, that philosophy has been proven on more than 250 projects across NSW and Eastern Australia.

We are not the largest contractor in New South Wales. We are not trying to be. We are the most technically rigorous one, and we only take on work we know we can execute to the standards our clients — and the public — deserve.

What We Stand For

The principles that run every job site

Values aren't words on a wall. They're the decisions we make when a client isn't watching.

Precision Over Speed

We schedule conservatively and execute deliberately. Rushing a foundation saves a week and costs a decade.

Full Ownership

We don't subcontract critical works. When you hire Concretely, our crews do the work — start to finish.

Radical Transparency

Daily reporting, real-time dashboards, and no surprises. Our clients always know exactly where their project stands.

Safety Without Compromise

Zero lost-time incidents on our current portfolio. Safety isn't a KPI for us — it's a non-negotiable operating standard.

Engineered Craft

Infrastructure is public legacy. Every kerb line, every pour, every signal installation reflects our name permanently.

Community Impact

We recruit locally, train intensively, and pay above-award. The communities we build in deserve to benefit from the work.

The People Behind the Work

Leadership built from the ground up

Every member of our leadership team started in the field. That's not a talking point — it's how we ensure our decisions are grounded in construction reality.
